Terms of Service

Myro performs work tasks on your behalf across services you connect. Myro acts on your instructions and standing authorizations; you are responsible for the instructions you give and the authorizations you grant.

Access to Myro is provided by subscription and provisioned by VDR Tech. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to use Myro lawfully and only with data and accounts you are authorized to use. You will not use Myro to violate the rights of others, to send unlawful or abusive communications, or to circumvent the security controls of any system.

Myro gates outbound and irreversible actions behind your explicit approval. You acknowledge that you remain responsible for actions you approve, including those performed on a schedule under a standing authorization you have granted.

You may add specific documents to a workspace’s Knowledge base for Myro to reference. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the documents you add. Indexing runs on VDR Tech infrastructure and applies only to the workspace you add it to; removing a document deletes its index.

When you connect a third-party service (e.g. Google), your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. Myro accesses such services only within the scopes you authorize.

Myro is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDR Tech disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. AI systems can make mistakes; review consequential output.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. You may stop using Myro at any time, and we may suspend access for breach of these Terms.
